Chris Chen's mundane night security shift at Last Stop Shop turns into retail hell when a cursed Santa mannequin comes to life, transforming the store manager into a twisted holiday display. As the curse spreads, store mannequins begin to animate, turning the mall into a nightmare of plastic horror. Chris watches helplessly as his fellow night shift workers are "perfected" into display models, while the Santa-thing reveals its plan to make everyone part of its permanent Christmas collection. With four days until Christmas, the mall becomes ground zero for a holiday horror that gives new meaning to "shopping fever."
